LiveOak Community

Nestled on 8 beautiful, tree-covered acres just outside of San Marcos, Texas, LiveOak is a residential program offering person-centered support for 16 adults living with brain injuries and other cognitive disabilities. It also includes a seven-person home in San Marcos, and has residents who live in their own apartments with staff support. At LiveOak we see each of our residents as the unique individuals they are. Our goal is for all of our residents to live life to the fullest and experience well-being in their everyday living, as they define it.

LiveOak

Down Home Ranch

Down Home Ranch is a working farm and ranch for people with Down syndrome and other disabilities, as well as those who choose to live and work beside them. The Ranch is located east of Austin, Texas, housing 32 Residents, caring for a variety of animals, gardens, green houses, and 410 rolling, forested acres since 1991.

Marbridge

Marbridge is a vibrant community, located in South Austin/Manchaca that provides residential care to more than 250 adults with intellectual disabilities. Unlike group homes for mentally challenged adults, our 200-acre campus consists of three interconnected communities where we provide varying levels of careā€”from skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation services, to assisted living, to semi-independent care. The goal of our Ranch and Village communities is to assist residents to be as independent as their abilities allow. This is accomplished through formal training/education classes, experiential activities, vocational training/placement and extensive community integration.
